How to reduce the heat extraction of the cooling zone of the roasting kiln by the kiln manufacturer


Summary:

In the case of ensuring the drying effect of the drying kiln or at least ensuring that the drying kiln does not collapse, the heat extraction of the cooling zone of the baking kiln can be appropriately reduced. According to the heat balance calculation of the kiln manufacturer, the heat required for artificial drying accounts for about 30% of the total heat of the kiln. If measures can be taken to reduce this proportion to about 20%, a large amount of heat can be saved and the degree of under-fire of the finished brick can be reduced accordingly. The measures that can be taken are as follows: a. make full use of the storage line and let the well-coded brick blank be fully dehydrated by the ambient temperature on the storage line. For every 1% decrease in the moisture content of bricks entering the drying kiln, the heat consumption of the drying kiln can be reduced by 6% ~ 8%; B.

c. It is also a good energy-saving measure to send part of the high-temperature flue gas of the exhaust fan into the drying kiln;

D. low temperature hot air extracted from the bottom of the kiln (usually 60 ℃ ~ 80 ℃), the use of hot air fan into the drying kiln, can also save part of the heat of the kiln;

E when the above measures are taken (the above measures c and d are actually energy-saving measures taken during kiln design. if the measures are not taken during design, it is difficult to implement on-site operation) when the residual moisture content of brick blank drying exceeds the standard (we generally require that the average residual moisture content of brick blank drying is less than 2%, the smaller the better), it can be matched with tropical sluices to ensure the firing quality, although this is somewhat contradictory to measure d, the use of bridge gate is a compromise method, which can not only ensure the firing quality of bricks with high residual moisture content, but also avoid wasting a large amount of heat.
